Polished London Magnetic Effects-Review

Price: 12.95

What it is:  Featured nail polish

Shop it from: Selected pharmacies nationally. stocklist number: 02 8709 8800

Brand Claims:  Polished London Nail Enamel is a collection of the latest colour trends from Europe in a world-class salon formulation all at an affordable price. Polished London is confident in its products; this is why they provide their customers with a satisfaction guarantee. Offering you assurance with your nail polish, because the last thing you want is to buy the ideal nail colour and be disappointed due to poor performance! Polished London nail enamel is quick drying, has greater gloss and is chip resistant. Polished London is free from toluene, formaldehyde, camphor and DBP.

My opinion: Are you so over with crackle nail polish, can’t even stand it or simply look for something new to try? If yes, then I have a good news for you. Thankfully due to Polished London now we have a new nail polish toy to play with here in Aust, named Magnetic Effects. This product is based on newest and most buzzed tread of nail art, which was initially invented Layla Cosmetics.

Polished London Magnetic Effects has effective bottle packaging. It's sort of chunky (due to nature of product) but functional and very nicely labelled.  The top cap with attached magnet, pulls off to reveal a smaller cap and the smaller cap has build-in brush ofcourse to paint nails. The attached magnet is large enough for even the longest and widest nails. Plus, there is a lip at the base of the magnet, almost 0.5 cm tall which meant to be placed on your cuticle to balance the magnet and keep you away from denting your polish with it.

The formula of polish is surprisingly thin even though it includes the metallic particles that react to the special design in the magnet. It lays down nicely and steak-free on nails. It's so pigmented that you can easily work with one coat only. However I personally prefer two coats just to be on safe side, specially with this product because it gives you extra opportunity to test your magnet holding skills and to get better results. Here is my two coated mani.

The only downside is that (as it's a new innovation) it requires a fair bit of practice with the magnet. However after giving a old fashioned test, I would say it's a great concept and a working product.

There are 4 shades in total as displayed below in this range. I might buy other two shades polish to complete my collection. What about you? If you own this product, I’d love to hear what your thoughts are.!
(Source: Polished London Facebook page)

Both products were sent to me for consideration. Thank you Polished London.

So...? Sensual Fragrance 30 ml and Sensual Body Fragrance 150 ml -Review

Price:  14.95 for 30 ml Sensual fragrance
4.95 for 150 ml Sensual body fragrance (body spray)

What is it: Fragrance and Body Spray

Shop it from: Priceline Pharmacy, Target and selected pharmacies. Consumer Hotline: 02 8709 8800

Brand Claims:  So…? Sensual is a rich fragrance of sheer passion. With top notes of mandarin, strawberry and orange flower, middle notes of rose and red fruit, and bottoms notes of vanilla and patchouli, the fragrance captures the pure essence of a woman.

My opinion:  UK based women fragrance brand, So...? is one of the fast growing fragrance brands in Australia with over 7500 fans. It proudly offers so many tempting yet budgeted fragrances, e.g So…?(Original), So..? Eternal, So..? Exclusive, So..? Kiss me, So..? Sensual, So..? Brit, So..? Sinful and So..? Superstar. All these fragrances has its own characteristics to serve different moods of women. I was given So..? Sensual 150ml body spray and So..? Sensual 30ml fragrance bottle for consideration (Thanks to So...?).

The packaging of both products is efficient, light-weighted and easy to carry. The glass bottle of fragrance is simple yet very elegant. Brand very cleverly represents it's claim of 'the pure essence of woman' on packaging, Both fragrance box and body spray bottle has 3D image of very sophisticated and sensual lady in pink. Further instructions like, HOW-TO use, ingredients and cautions listed on the side back side of packaging for whom it may concern.
I'm normally not the one who enjoys strong floral scents, but the one who prefers more subtle fruity scents. For that particular reason, these products isn't fall but definitely winter for me. It has ultra-sensual formula that blend soft flowers scents with fruity scents to give very sweet but feminine results. You can easily sniff the synchronised scent of strawberry, red roses, orange and vanilla. As I live in fantasy world, for me these products smell like strawberry cupcakes with vanilla icing served with lots of red roses. Simply delicious and very gorgeous.

The only downside of the fragrance is that (more than likely due to the very low price), it lacks in lasting-power and seems to be short lived and faded away quickly...to avoid this, I would recommend to use the Sensual body spray along with the fragrance because body spray will enhance fragrance lasting ability and keep you fresh throughout the day.

You can visit So...? Fragrance on Facebook here and you can also signup to their website to get exclusive access to any upcoming giveaways, offers and latest news.

Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm in Pink Sheer Tint-Review

Price: 8.95

What is it: Lip balm

Shop it from: All good pharmacies. Tube available from selected Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets. Jar & tube available from selected Coles supermarkets and selected BIG W retailers. Consumer Hotline: +61 7 54702708

Brand Claims: Carmex® Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm contains shea butter, vitamin E and aloe as well as protective SPF 15. Now available in a sheer pink tint, the lip balm can protect your lips while adding a sheer hint of colour. It is easy to apply, with its sleek, slant tip.

My opinion: I am sure many of you will be familiar with the Camex brand as it's been in a market for ages. In last month Carmex introduce to us it's new family member, Carmex Moisture Plus SPF 15 Hydrating Lip Balm. It comes in two variations in Australia.

The packaging of stick itself is quite fun but there is quite lot of cardboard around the stick which would probably shout for recycling. The stick twists up to reveal very bright color balm with slanted tip for quick, easy, precise and even coverage. At first glance, Lip balm looks over the top and too bright. But once applied, it gives a lovely faint colour.

After few seconds of application, My lips feel a tingling sensation, it isn't irritating but notable. It gives nice cooling and smoothing feeling but disappear in couple of minutes. Instantly after few swipes, my lips instantly feel silkly and baby-soft. It leaves feminine tint, sheer pink colour on lips with a glossy finish. The balm lasts for hours on end and there is no need to reapply every half an hour like other balms. It has very delicious smell and SPF+ protection is great for everyday use as it protects your lips from bad sun rays.

Overall, I am fairly impressed by this balm and can say for sure that will be in my bag for quite some time, or at least for this summer.. how about you?

Australis Face-A-Holic Compact [Limited Edition] Review

Price: 19.95

What is it:  Blush, Pressed Highligher and Bronzer.

Shop it from: Priceline, Big W, Target , Kmart, Australis and Heritagebrands online site.

Brand Claims: Bringing you ultimate kit for face junkies. Your three face favorites are now combined to create an on-the-go-must-have with a jumbo mirror for those Face-A-Holics.

My opinion: It was very lucky for me to win 1 of the 25 Australis Cosmetics Face-A-Holic Compact few weeks before in their 25 years anniversary Facebook competition . Seeing the product for very first time in my mail box, I was completely overwhelmed and incredibly impressed by the size of the product I received.

The outer box packaging has quick 3 step tutorial including pictures describing HOW-TO use compact accurately. Just perfect for newcomers. The inside packaging is as simple, elegant and cleverly designed as other Australis Cosmetics. As always I am big fan of Australis Cosmetics in-built compact mirror. You'll love the fact Face-A-Holic compact jumbo mirror it's incredibly helpful to apply powders on cheeks.

This compact launched in the time of Christmas last year and therefore contains Australis cosmetics' top 3 best selling cheek products from 2011 year, rose coloured blush, a matte pressed powder and a very pretty shimmer bronzer. The texture of blush and pressed highlighter is somewhat sheer on face once blended well but it looks just perfect if you apply face primer underneath the product. I am very impressed by the velvety and shimmery texture of bronzer. It's very pigmented and has long lasting effect. I personally think it could be used as eyeshadow in the time of Spring (Bonus.!).

No wonder why Australis Cosmetics is very reputed brand compared to other budget cosmetics brands exist in the market of Australia. I completely adore this compact as my prize. It 's so sad that this product is no longer current but if find it too tempting(just like me.!), then you can still buy similar sort of product, Face-A-Holic- Touch and Glow (compact contains Paparazzi Perfect Blush in Flash It, Pressed Powder in Deep Natural and an Illuminator) from Australis Cosmetics online store for 19.95.

Revlon’s Top Speed™ Fast Dry Nail Enamel Review

Price: $15.95

What it is:  Fast drying nail polish

Shop it from: Myer, Priceline, Big W, Target, Kmart, & selected pharmacies

Brand Claims: Polish contains a patented formula which gives a quick, smooth lay down of colour for a super shiny finish in only one minute. The colorPrecise™ brush works seamlessly with the one coat, while its triangular bristles give a smooth and even salon quality application. Available in 32 new shades.

My opinion: I have recently bought very lovely and distinctive colour called "modern grace". it's a gorgeous periwinkle blue or more sort of unique lilac shade. The nail polish comes in the well recognized Revlon bottle. It has a silver screw-top lid with in-build brush (As you find in all nail polishes). I was not very big fan of Revlon nail brushes as yet but with this product I am fairly impressed. The brush has the perfect size, and the bristles so smooth, nicely packed and spread the polish  seamlessly across the nails .

I simply love the formula of this product as it's very pigmented, smooth, not too thick (so doesn't look like you have a million coats on even if you have just 1 or two coats on). Plus it dries very quickly as promised by Revlon, gives very shiny finish in just one coat (as you can see in the last picture from right above). I I spend the majority of my days on the computer, even then his polish easily lasts 5+ days on my fingers without chipping, and on my toes, it easily lasts over two weeks.

Another good thing i found is that it has great colour combination, under different lights the polish looks multi-faceted and picks up on different undertones at different times which I found very interesting.

There are so many lovely shades to choose from this Revlon range, so there is bound to be a colour (or two) for everybody and at only $15.95 for a generous 14.7ml bottle,I think they are well priced considering the quality I received. If you're bargain girl like we all become most of the time, you can pick these polishes in Priceline offers as they pop up now and then.

Sally Hansen Smooth and Perfect Colour + Care [Limited edition] Review.

Price:  9.95

What it is:  Nude and Pastel Nail colour with nail treatment

Shop it from: Priceline for limited time only.

Brand Claims: Soft and feminine colours in nudes and pastels. PLUS it doubles as a nail treatment and fills in ridges and erases imperfections!

My opinion:  I must say the cute little square bottle is a nice deviation from the usual (boring.!) round bottles. I am not sure if any of you are familiar with inbuilt Sally Hansen brushes. As always I am total fan of such brushes. It's some sort of wide flat brush like you get for acrylic nail brush kit. It's very working design to spread nail colour evenly.

The polish has a lovely porcelain finish which I loved. I found many nail polishes (especially light colours) look streaky on my nails. However happy to let you know that this polish does what it says, goes on so smoothly and gives flawless manicure that really lasts and surprisingly streak-free. I found two coats were a more sheer look than I wanted; however three coats gave a nice creamy-milky cover, with the slightest hint of sheen. .

One other great thing about this polish (and many other light polishes of all sorts) is that you don't need to worry much about chipping. as little chips or signs of wear aren't nearly as noticeable as they are with darker colour.

Don't forget there are 8 colours to choose from. which one would you choose?

Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Color Full-Wink Review

Price:

 17.95

What it is:  Lip plumping gloss

Shop it from: KMart, Target, Big W, Priceline, Price Attack, Myer, David Jones, Woolworths and pharmacies

Brand Claims: Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Color-Full has a long-lasting plumping formula that contains colour pigments that create fuller coverage, while re-active plumping spheres renew the volumising effect to amplify the lips appearance. Product not suitable for easily irritated lips. To use, apply to lips, a slight tingle may come after application. Wear alone or over another lip product.

My opinion: I got a chance to try Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Color-Full in shade of "Wink" last week and loved it overall. If I give my feedback in one line I would say it does all it says. If you like to know detailed review, please continue reading.

This Product has lovely packaging as other Sally Hansen Products. Transparent glass bottle is very incontinent to see how much left inside. Black cap is easy to open and close. Plus, golden strap gives whole product very classy finish. The brush wand is very soft and flexible, but it still has great control.

The texture has is hint of shimmer in it. Plus it's very smooth. It glides easily on lips and gives high shine, moist, noticeable puff, but doesnt look fake. The product takes a while after application to show it's best, but when it does it looks so sexy.!

My another favourite thing about this gloss would be the smell. it's simply delicious. I always look for a product which have some great scents in it so it's a bonus for me.

I would say if you love the look of plump lips but dont have to money (or don't want to spend it) for injections and expensive plumpers, this product is great for you.

Puretopia Pert & Plump Line Filling Peptide Lip Cream Review

Price:  14.95

What it is: Lipcream

Shop it from: Terry White, Priceline, Discount Drug Stores, Pharmore Pharmacies, Malouf Pharmacies and Big W

Brand Claims: This active cream works to plump and fill in lines in the lip area over time. The effect is due to a patented peptide technology supported by shea butter and vitamin E for intense moisturisation.

My opinion: Whenever I see a brand which say NO for animal testing and makes products which are free from synthetic, fragrances, parabens, skin drying sulfates, artificial colours, I feel sold. It's lovely to find out that Puretopia guarantees for all.

The Pert & Plump lip cream comes in cute little 10ml squeezable tube which is great for lip products as it makes application much more easier. As you can see in second picture from left hand side, Puretopia been very smart in it's box packaging as well to protect cute baby tube from busting in transit.

The texture of cream is feather light, silky-smooth, non-sticky. It's also easy to spread all over the lips. The tiny bit amount (as per last pic from right hand side) completely covers lips so I guess 10ml will last for very long time. The lips observes the cream within a minute. I noticed my lips felt moisturised then they looked for a very long time.

I always find that some glossy lip cream/balm synchronize with lipstick (not so great), plus it takes off lasting ability of lipstick if it applied above. However with Pert & Plump Line Filling Peptide Lip Cream, I am surprisingly impressed because when I apply the cream underneath my lipstick, the matte texture of lipcream is very helpful for lipstick to stay longer and shine.

Overall, I am quite impressed with this product and would recommend it all the followers.

Fraulein38 Back to Basic 56 Colors Blush & Eyeshadows Makeup Palette Review

Price:  10.99 € + 2 € shipping

What it is: 6 Blushes and 50 eyeshadows.

Shop it from: Fraulein38 online store

Brand Claims56 silky shine colour - 50 colors eye shadow and 6 colors blush! Glossy colour and can last for all day long with ingredients together to care eye skin around! Popular and leading the trend colour! Perfect for both professional use or personal use! Go action! DIY your eyes looks to be more attractive! You can have various image just like that you see in fashion magazines and on TV!

My opinion:

I just simply adore this palette as you get six generously-sized common shade blushes and 50 (smaller then Blushes) eyeshadows in just one palette. There is a beautiful combo of colours contains matte, shimmery and pretty sparkly textures in eyeshadows and 6 most common blushes which would compliment any skin tone.

Packaging is also very compact and come with attached mirror and 2 eye-shadow sponges which is hard to find in such palette.

I have to say that I've read a lot of reviews about this kind a palette and one of the most common complaints is that the blushes aren't very pigmented and they don't have good staying power. But I've got to say that my experience was the totally opposite. I'm quite picky about my powder blushes, so I had somewhat low expectations for these as this palette but was I surprisingly impressed to find out that the pigmentation was GREAT as well as staying power and creamy texture. However, the texture of the eyeshadows is somewhat chalky (specially navy blue and green shades), but it has a great staying power though. I would recommend applying eye primer for above said colours before you apply a eyeshadow.

Here are few swatches:
(Eyeshadows)

(Blushes)

Overall, I am impressed with this palette as I simply adored blushes and eyeshadows (except some). I would recommend it to everyone who are on budget or don't want to spend much, this palette is great for you!

Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Eyeshadow Review

Price: 15.95

Whats in it: Silky pearlescent 5 pan eyeshadows

Shop it from: Priceline, Big W, Target , Kmart, Australis and Heritagebrands online site.

Brand claims: Silky pearlescent 5 pan eyeshadows that create endless combinations and effects. Eyeshadows are formulated with light reflecting photocromatic pigments and enriched with Jojoba and Grape seed oil for smooth and hydrated lids for that just applied glow.

My opinion:
Australis is gaining a good place in my mind for good quality yet budgeted cosmetics as Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Eyeshadow is definitely a winner for me.

I have tested is "Totally Busted" which consists of 5 colours, Star white (White), Eggplant(Purple), Champagne nude(Peach), Gun metal grey(Gray) and Barbie pink (Pink). I personally love all 5 colours as it's a nice selection of colours that work well together and looks just gorgeous. It's easy to use and great for day or night. I really like that this palette is very compact but also big enough so that you can easily get your shader brush in there without any hassles and without getting any other surrounding colours onto your brush. The compact comes with a mirror inside but does not come with an applicator which is fine as we all tend to keep nice set of brushes this days.
I was very impressed when I applied this eyeshadow colours. They were silky-soft, creamy, velvety looking, easy to blend and very vibrant! It was also very shimmery. The most of the colours have great pigmentation however I found Champagne nude did need some extra layers of application though to get a good colour pay off. I also found the colours lasted really well and hours later was still as vibrant as still applied, which is very hard to find it in such budgeted cosmetics.

So overall, It's a great product with a nice representation of working eye-shadows, easy to open and professional looking compact for such a tiny price.

Australis sells this product in 3 others shades which are so different and identical from each other. Which one are you planning to buy?

Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Blush Review

Price: 12.95

What is it: Blush Powder

Shop it from: Priceline, Big W, Target , Kmart, Australis and Heritagebrands online site

Brand Claims: Perfectly blended multi-coloured blush with customised shades to suit any complexion. Formulated with light reflecting and balancing photochromatic pigments that assist to create instant camera ready photos. Pigment is high in Mica content providing intense colour payoff. The blush is enriched with Jojoba and Grape seed oil to lock in skin moisture and soothe the skin.

My Opinion: Australis Cosmetics has recently celebrated their 25th anniversary in cosmetic industry. It's all products are 100% curely free. I thought it would be shame if I don't get my paw around it's products by now.

After giving a old fashion test on Paparazzi Perfect High Definition blush in "shoot to Thrill" shade, I must say I am very impressed with it as whole..
Let's start with packaging, This blush compact is very attractive and durable. The bright hot pink colour labelling on the top is also very cute and eye-catching. Plus the big size mirror inside the compact is a BONUS for me kind a girls who always on a go..! The blush has very interesting texture. The pigmentation goes from light to very dark hot pink shade. I personally found this is very clever idea as I can possibly create so many different looks as per my mood and occasion.

Despite this blush contains 2-3 different shades of pink (bright pink, light pink and coral pink), It blends very well together. It doesn't dry and doesn't get flaky like some other powder blushes, it could be cause the formula of this blush contains Jojoba and Grape seed oil.

All I can say is it's such a lovely product to find any cons. I would definitely recommend buying this product as there is nothing to lose in $12.95. Don't forget it comes in 3 other shades.

 Which one will you buy?

  • Superior, lasting shine
  • Easy removal

My opinion:
I loved the packaging. There were 24 nails (in 12 sizes) packed in cute little nail polish sort of container, which I found very creative and attractive. It also has a cleansing pad to get prepare your nails for application. Even despite these are fake nails, there is no glue. Yes, there is NO glue needed. You just simply need to peel of the plastic sheet from the back of the nail, place and press on your nail and off you go. Isn't it such a easy application? I found it's much much better then I have imagined. Dont believe me? then click on below link.

Ahaaa. Now you impressed! :) here is the road test image (if still unsure):

Ok about the lasting power I noticed that animal print on the nails started coming off on the 6th day in my case. It wasn't very noticeable though. Don't forget as I belongs to nail biting community it's bit tough in my case for nails to survive. :) Removal was also quick and easy and but I got minor scratches on my two nails.

Overall, I am very impressed by how good it looked for 5 days! I would recommend trying this and get myself probably in design of Australian flag (Yes I am patriot), TGIF and Dancing queen.

Don't forget there are 13 designs to choose from! Which design will you choose?

Biore Steam activated cleanser Review

Price: $9.39

What is it: Facial cleanser

Shop it from: Priceline

Brand Claims: The invigorating steam-activated cleanser is clinically proven to lift away dirt, oil and makeup, and leaves skin feeling fresh, clean and vibrant. With an infusion of Green Tea leaf extract known for its powerful antioxidant protection and detoxifying benefits; the luxurious lather whisks away dirt and impurities. Soap-free, sulfate-free, Paraben-free and non-pore clogging, the formula delivers a deep clean you can truly feel.

My Opinion: This a fairly amazing product. I love it because i’m always on the go and using a steam activated cleaner (use it in the shower) is really saves a good bit of time for me! I also love love LOVE the scent. In fact, I loved it so much..

I have dry skin and I tend to wear makeup (a cream foundation and mascara) on a daily basis. good thing is, this product deep cleans and leaves me feel UBER refreshed.Takes off my makeup(except Mascara). I also love the cool feeling that my face has when I wash the cleanser off. But the bad thing is, after a while my skin felt little dry and had to use mosturizer (which I do anyways so not a big issue).

I would say it would make great product for oily-combo skin as it willl most likely dry out dry skin if been used daily or twice a day!

I will surely recommend this product and use it as make-up cleanser myself. ;)

Remington Pearl Styler Review

Price: $139.95

What is it: Advanced performance pearl and ceramic plates.

Shop it from: Harvey Norman, Appliances Direct Online site.

Brand Claims:
    • Exclusive dual layer ceramic and real pearl
    • Heats up in 10 seconds
    • Fast heat recovery for smoother straighter style
    • Accurate digital touch controls with 9 variable heat settings 150 - 235 degrees
    • Floating plates for improved contact with hair, for ultimate styling and control
    • Temperature lock to avoid accidental adjustment of heat during use
    • Turbo boost function to reach top temperature quickly
    • Automatic safety shut off
    • Automatic worldwide voltage
    • 3 metre salon swivel cord
    • Hinge Lock
    • Heat resistant pouch

      My Opinion:
At first, I wasn't too sure if I should buy this or the expensive/beloved styler such as GHD, then I thought let's give it a go with Remington as there is nothing to lose because of it's reasonably prised then GHD.

It's been a while since I am using this product. I must say I am presently surprised by it functions. My hair is fairly thin and is naturally a little on the wavy side. Before I used this product, it was very time consuming for me to do my hairs to actually stay straight for more than a few hours. I needed to have it straightened at expensive salons or delicate my few hours at home(with my sister's help). However after using this I have found there are no such hassles anymore. It does my hair perfectly and my hair stays straight with not much frizz for the entire day. It also leaves my hair feeling silky, soft and smooth, which looks so lovely. Indeed I can say it gives me close to a salon finish at home in very reasonable time.

Another bonus point with this styler is, it heats up as a matter of speed of light when turned on and when I turn it off, it cools down in same manner which I admire!

The styler comes with a handy little heatproof pouch, which is pretty cute and trendy. Plus the cord has an excellent length, long enough so I don’t feel like I am stucked on wall. ;))

By now, you will be able to judge yourself that this product does work very well. What say?

      Avène Gentle Gel Cleanser Review

      RRP: 30.95

What is it: Soap free gentle cleanser and make-up remover

Shop it from: your local pharmacy.

      Brand Claims:
      • Gently cleanses the skin of impurities and make-up
      • Soap free, light foaming
      • Easy to use, rinse off formula
      • Versatile use: can also be used under the shower
      • Hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic
      My opinion:
I recently came across Avene skincare range. Do you know their products are made with Thermal Spring water... sounds so pure me. .!! I thought to try their products, and guess what?!? Avene Facebook sent me lots of different products samples to try before I buy full size products... :) How generous of them! :)

As soon as I opened the cap of the tiny cute bottle, I hit by very strong fragrance which was heavenly good! I have very sensitive skin (specially around my eyes) and always have problem with fragrant products but surprisingly enough, it works for me AND it doesn't break me out :)

The gel cleanser is super gentle, doesn't irritate or burn my skin, somehow it feels like water with a touch of hydrating ingredients (love it), plus it leaves skin with a nice radiant glow. I cannot stop touching my cheeks after every wash. hehe.

I also use this on face make up and although its gentle it works very well with face make-up. However If you tend to wear heavy make up (specially waterproof eye make-up), it might require few applications as i have fair bit of trouble taking my eye-liner and mascara off!

Overall. I wouldn't say it's the best cleanser I tried as yet but it's pretty good product and therefore giving 4 in a place of 5 (only because it is not good for removing heavy and waterproof make-up)

Avène Cold Cream Hand Cream Review

      RRP: $20.95.

What is it: A non-greasy, nourishing and hydrating cream.

Shop it from: Your local Pharmacy.

      Brand Claims:
      • Moisturises, protects and nourishes dry, cracked skin
      • Non-greasy formulation
      • Suitable for all skin types
      • Long lasting water resistant formulation
      • Hypoallergenic
      My Opinon:

This is the first "cold" cream I have ever used (It's became kind a hard to find ones such as this that do not test on animals).

I have only been using this product for few days now and so far very impressed or rather say
I LOVE IT. My skin particularly my arms and legs are so dry & itchy and it has never been as bad as it has this winter. :( I have tried several heavy duty moisturisers and oils with little improvement what so ever. After using Avene Cold Cream, my skin is feeling so much better already. I like that although it is very creamy it absorbs very quickly and doesn't leave an oily residue on the skin. Also it has little fragrance which is another bonus for me as I'm steering clear of highly fragranced products that render my skin even more sensitive. I received a tiny sample packs from Avene to try before I buy and after seeing such nourishing result on my skin so far I would definitely purchase the fullsize product.

U Little Beauty Nourishing Hand Cream Review

      Price: 9.95

What is it: Nourishing hand cream with natural ingredients

Shop it from: Local David Jones, Priceline and Terry White Chemists.

      Brand Claims:

If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands… your hands will sing with joy as they soak up the natural goodness of kakadu plum, aloe vera, shea butter, macadamia and jojoba oil. The ideal combination to help protect, nourish and hydrate your hard working hands.

      My Opinion:

Wowww.. What a great little hand cream it is! Best thing about this product that it has a lovely fresh, botanical scent like the rest of the ULB range, and is also free of parabens which can be troublesome for some people (like me!). ;)

It is not too heavy and not too light, and provides a great level of moisturisation for any time of the year! It absorbs beautifully and keeps your hands supple and healthy looking throughout the day. I have also noticed (as with the ULB body lotion) that this hand cream also seems to even out your skintone and and neutralise any redness. It also doesn't 'ball-up' like when you apply it like some hand creams.

One of the most important things for any hand cream I use is that it doesn't exacerbate or create any new patches of dermatitis on my hands. I am very happy to say that this hand cream doesn't do either! I think this is largely due to the absence of parabens which don't agree with my skin.

Overall, this is a great daily hand cream which would be suitable for most people. It keeps you hands looking and feeling supple and healthy throughout the day - definitely a winner for me!

Shoot me with your all questions.
